Liquid culture can be transfer from a syringe to agar, liquid media (to make more liquid culture), grains, and bulk substrates. Attach sterile needle provided, flame sterilize, then inject 2cc of culture into a jar or bag of sterilized grain or substrate using a reusable injection port.
